Retraction
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law or in the event of an error on our part.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
